Food and Barbeque Information
It takes many things to make our Niska-Day celebration a big success and FOOD is a BIG part of the day! Right after the parade, and until 4pm, we gather to enjoy the festivities and we are presented with amazing choices for a quick snack, lunch and of course dinner.
Not-for-profit organizations sell pizza, hotdogs, sausage and peppers, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fried dough, beverages and numerous other treats. For profit vendors carry items our not-for-profits don’t, such as ice cream, kettle corn, quesadillas, fried items and specialty fries.
From 4-7pm we enjoy not only the taste but the aroma of our chicken and rib barbeque served by Giffy’s Bar-B-Q. Children’s meals and other choices are also available during that time by Mike's Hot Dogs.

Dinners include: choice of entree, baked potato, cole slaw, beverage, and dessert.
Tickets are available all day at the information table under the big tent and at the barbeque site from 4-7pm.
