The Niska-Day Committee is already busy planning our 36th annual celebration that will include a Business Tent. We hope your business will participate, and join us to celebrate the vibrant Niskayuna community. Please be sure to read on, as new information is provided.
The Business Tent will be open from 11am until 4pm. The fee for an 8-foot by 5-foot space is $100.00. Once again, tables and chairs will be provided. Space in the business tent will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we cannot provide electric service.
All participating businesses registered before April 17 will be listed in the Niska-Day supplement to the Daily Gazette.
Niska-Day is a community event and an excellent opportunity to advertise and communicate your product and service features. With thousands of attendees on a good weather day, the Business Tent can provide personal interaction with your local customers, while promoting opportunities for new business. We are pleased to announce that products may be available for customer purchase, but we discourage any “hard sell” situations. As always, you may still bring samples and raffle products and services. In addition, your business will be able to compile lists of interested potential customers for later contact.
All participants in the Business Tent are required to complete and submit the Business Tent Reservation form, sign the Indemnification Agreement, and provide through their insurer an insurance certificate (Accord 25) naming N-CAP as an additional insured for the day of the event.
